Jim is one of the best salespeople I have ever had the privilege of working with. He was professional, timely, extremely knowledgeable of the market and just a delight to work with. He made the transaction a non-event for me. If I ever need to buy or sell a house, I will contact Jim. Jim Conlin of CENTURY 21 Alliance was manning the phones when I called to
get help for my elderly parents to move and purchase a rancher. Without any
obligation, he made a computer printout of the areas of interest to them &
personally took us to see 5-7 properties.
After my parents decided to sell their home, Jim explained everything to them.
I had more dealings with Jim on a weekly basis than my parents. He always

I first became aware of Jim Conlin in February when I received a postcard
about a listing in my neighborhood. I had been trying to sell my condo for
months on my own with very little success. I spoke with Jim on the phone and
was impressed by his knowledge of the market and also his method of getting
the word out about new listings. However, it was not until I spoke with my
neighbor about her very positive impression of Mr. Conlin that I decided to
list my home with him. Mr. Conlin has a professional manner and was diligent
in his efforts to sell my home in a short amount of time for the right price.
I listed my home with Mr. Conlin on March 6 and had an acceptable offer in
less than two weeks; settlement occurred on April 14. The settlement process

I had an excellent experience working with Jim
Conlin on the recent sale of my Liongate townhome (2803 Trinity Court). Jim
was very professional, offered useful advice on minor repairs to make prior
to the sale and offering prudent discussion regarding pricing. He rapidly
generated a lot of action on my home. I listed with him on a Thursday evening, and he had
people looking at the townhouse later that evening, and an open house on Sunday
that resulted in 3 offers by Monday evening. Jim worked very effectively to
encourage prospective buyers to offer their best price in a competitive environment,
and as a consequence I received three very good offers, the least of which
was my asking price, and with the extended settlement date terms that I had
requested. While it helps that the sales environment is very good for Liongate
homes, I believe Jim helped me take full advantage of that market in a way
I could not have done otherwise. My interactions with Jim after signing an
agreement of sale have continued in the same eminently satisfactory fashion.
